A: Most of our security drawers and deal trays are stock items. This means that we can typically ship your order within two days. The only exceptions are the LC drawers, which are not a stock item, and thus require a four-week lead time.
Q: What materials are used in your security products?
A: All of our security products are made from 304 and 430 stainless steel. Steel gauge varies by product type.
Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: All of our products are manufactured in Washington, Missouri. You can be assured that you are buying American-made when you work with ShureSAFE®.
Q: Who do I get to install your products?
A: Installation instructions are supplied with each of our products. Most handyman services and contractors are able to install our security products to your workspace.
Q: Are your products fire rated?
A: We currently do not offer fire-rated products but do plan to add this option to our lineup in the near future.
Q: What region(s) of the country do you serve?
A: ShureSAFE® serves customers nationwide.
A: We do not. Wall thickness in our product descriptions is in reference to the wall that sits directly on top of the security drawer. The wall thickness under and on the sides of the drawer can be greater than eight inches.
Q: Are you able to customize your products?
A: Our secure storage, casework, benches, and shelving are all made per customer specifications. Our security drawers and pass-thru products are stocked in standard sizes. That said, we offer custom solutions upon request. Just give us a call or send an email to our sales team to inquire further.
Q: Do you sell internationally?
A: Yes. We are happy to serve international customers.
